Account/login/adding/editing a string

These should be quite self-explanatory. If not, don't fear to ask.

User customizable fields

Users may now add an infinite number of fields, under any names. The field show options:

• Keep existing -- does not change field behaviour.
• Show as text -- show as normal text. Correct links recognized.
• Show in a box -- shows field in an input field or textarea, to make copying easy.
• Show as link -- shows a link to the field value (as with "readme file" -fields).
• Do not show -- hides the field from users.
• Delete field -- removes the selected field.

foo_syfm plugin

The .fb2k files to be used with foo_syfm will be created on demand (when user clicks the link), so you don't need to worry about this.

The followind fields will be added to the .syfm file:

• Playlist
• System tray
• Main window title
• Status bar
• Copy command
• Extra info, consisting of
  • All the one-line fields
  • Extra info field
  • Readme field

Removed the width and height limitations. Now only restrictions are

• The file is a valid PNG image.
• The file size is 40kB or less. The smaller, the better. There are several programs that can be user to optimize PNG images, e.g. pngcrush and pngout.

Readme

To make it more pleasant to browse the styles, do not add too much information to the "other info" box -- instead, use the "readme" for full story.
